1. 7-Day Return Window You have exactly 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video 🎥 (Strict Policy) To claim a return, replacement, or refund for damaged, defective, or missing items, a clear and unedited unboxing video of the parcel is strictly required. Without this video, we will not be able to process your request.

3. Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Kept in its original packaging. (Note: Sale items, gift cards, and personal care goods are non-returnable).

5. Return Shipping Address Once your return request is approved by our team, you will need to send the package to our warehouse: Bhagalpur, Bihar, India - 812005

6. Refunds & Exchanges Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI.

  • Exchanges: If you want an exchange, we will dispatch the new item once the original item is received and verified.
